Apartments look nice from outside. Garages are filthy (cobwebs hang to the floors!), walls are paper thin (I can hear my neighbors sneeze), maintenance is incompetent (work order put in in November, still not finished), and management tries to make everyone happy by telling them what they want to hear, and then not doing a damn thing. Ice removal is non-existant. Utilities are ridiculous. Watch for your $100 electric bill every month. SO not worth the inflated rent! Watch your step; dog poop is abundant. Lots of trash on the ground and living in the units!
