I'm not sure what's going on with the maintenance at Bristol Village, but it took 2 months AND several phonecalls and visits to the front office to get maintenance out to our place. Even then, they fixed it for the short-term. I feel bad for the people who have to live here next year, and go through what we went through.
Also...the apartment is FULL of boxelder bugs! Don't let the looks of SOME of the apartment/townhouse complexes fool you--this place is not worth the rent.
And forget about sleeping comfortably...unless you can sleep hearing your neighbor's music/tv/talking at all hours of the day & night.
