A few problems, but love my apartment.
Gripes;
-When my roommate & I first signed, we were promised an apartment on a different floor. .when moving in was told that wasn't possible.
-Horribly tiny shower in the master bedroom.
-Their snow removal procedure; they need to set up a notice on a website or prerecorded number to call that states Yes they will be plowing so move your cars (they get towed at our expense) or no they're not.
-Super super icy in the back lots & sidewalks.
-None of the window locks actually hold the window closed tightly-result is rain and spiders coming in.
-Not near enough closet space in 2nd bdrm.
-Only one spot in the underground parking, don't give out the option of paying extra per month for another spot while they sit empty for months.
Raves;
-Within a few days of moving in had a maintenance issue that was dealt with in no more than 2 days.
-Washer/Dryer in the unit, love the separate utility room.
-Quiet, no loud neighbors.
-Lovely grounds.
-Lots of closet space in master bdrm.
