Poor service with move out

I recently moved out and was treated very bad. They do not answer questions or return calls. Office staff was rude. I had an appt for a final walk through drove all the day there after work only to be told they were short staffed and would have to wait an hour to be seen. I had an appt for this but they were signing a lease with a new resident. I guess if they are no longer getting your money your time does not matter. I was told my carpets looked bad when I moved out even though I cleaned them and they looked better than when I moved in. They do not tell you at move in you have to have carpets cleaned or pay them to do it with your deposit money. I liked the place when I was there but now when I look back I wonder what was I thinking. I will never move to a property owned by this company again.
