Pros:
Rooftop, nice view of the lake and a place to hang out. this is basically what 75% of your rent pays for AND the only pro about living at this place.

Cons:
1. Management at this place is terrible. Unprofessional, incompetent, not polite past getting you to sign a lease after a showing. Read the other reviews and if you can, talk to any current tenants, this is a well agreed upon opinion.
2. Rent was increased by over 10% with no notification to tenants.
3. Walls are paper thin. You will hear your neighbors coming home from the bars at all times of the day/night at all days of the week. You will hear your neighbor taking a monster deuce in their bathroom.
4. Washers are broken at times with no signs/notifications so you'll need to find out via soapy/unwashed laundry.
5. A lady died here, http://kstp.com/news/stories/S976481.shtml'cat=1, no communication of any sort from management about this.

Overall:
Looking forward to moving the hell out of here. Check out calhoun west and a few other places on the other side of the lake unless you absolutely need the roof. The actual apartments there are in the same or better condition minus the rooftop and the rent is under 800 for more sq. footage.
