I've rented a 1 bedroom here for almost a year and I absolutely love it! I'm paying more than I would like to, but to me it's worth it. I'm on an upper floor with a great view of Lake Calhoun and downtown. It's a very sturdy building and I rarely hear any noise, except for the occasional toilet flushing (which I can only hear when I'm in my bathroom...and I also prefer the "industrial toilets" because there are very few problems with them). I feel very safe in the building with all the cameras and security staff. The building and grounds are well kept and it is by far the nicest apartment I've rented. There's free laundry on each floor, an exercise room that has a couple machines/weights in it and lots of visitor parking spaces for guests. The only thing I don't like is the window in the bedroom that swings open doesn't have a screen. I very rarely find any bugs in my apartment, unless I open that window.

Before I moved here, I saw the negative comments on this site and was hesitant to take a tour...after visiting Calhoun Towers and the other apartments in the immediate surrounding area, there was no comparison! See for yourself!
