Management is not good, residents are offered different rates on rent , and are often lied to . They look for an opportunity not to pay the referral fees by finding some lame excuses . I have heard friends complain about bugs and roaches all over the place. carpets are old and has loads of bugs residing underneath . Security is an issue because you can see strangers enter your apartment and will leave all of a sudden when you ask "whos there" ' This has been happening quite frequently. Management is often forgetful of a lot of things . They dont forget about the rent and the lease agreement but they forget the work orders , the notice to move out .

This is so not true. This bldg does not have bugs and roaches. Spiders are common during parts of the year and wasp are bad outside in September. That's all I've seen or heard of bugs!!!

I had a terrible problem with ladybugs every autumn. I know that sounds silly -- I mean, ladybugs are cute, right? -- but imagine hundreds of them swarming all over a corner of your living room. EW!!! When I told management, they just sympathized and didn't offer to help in any way. When I pushed, they said that an exterminator comes once a month and that they'd put my apartment on his list for the next month. As far as I know, he never came. I had to wait out the ladybug season and clean up dead bugs for the rest of the year until the fresh swarm came the following September.
