Parking runs a bit of money but well worth it for a downtown property.
Noise level isn't bad at all. If you are looking for park like noise levels-move to the burbs.
Grounds are very good. In the two summers I have been here, they have put in a fountian and landscaped the front of the building. I see maintenance out there every morning.
I feel pretty safe in this building. There is security located on site 7 nights a week.
Construction is good. The air current in the summer months will pull the entry door a bit making it seem like someone is trying to get into your apartment. Kind of freaky at first.
I really can't tell you about maintenance since they haven't had to come to my unit in the 20 months I've been here.
Office staff here is really friendly and always greet you by name. They throw a BBQ in the summer and Holiday party in December for the residence. I think it's a cool way to meet your nieghbors.
Overall, I'm content here. I have to agree the elevators a tad slow at times. Though, I've heard rumors that the lobby and elevators are set for an update.
