My Fiancee and i recently looked at the churchill, we talked with ----- Who was polite and well mannered but witheld some pertinent information from us ..we were looking to move in on the first of december and we looked at the churchill mid september ..we filled out a credit check and were told to give him a 300.00 damage check and that it would not be cashed until just before we moved in ..it made sense to us so we wrote the check...well the check must have been on fire as fast as it went thru the bank ..when i phoned ----- he explained to me that the credit check that was filled out was contract! and that we had 72 hours after filling that out to Cancel..Why didnt he mention that when we looked at it'...he then said it was in the fine print on the bottom of the credit check paper ..!and they were NOT goint to refund it !...BeWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!And read the fine print
Now we are out $ 300.00 ...
