The nicest thing about this apartment is that it is skyway connected, so you can basically go anywhere downtown without going outside. The apartment itself is fairly big for downtown, and the view is amazing. I lived on the river side and absolutely loved it. Considering the apartment is right downtown, I didn't feel it was too noisy at all. The only time I could hear the neighbors is when they were in the hallway. I never heard them on the sides or above me. Like other people have mentioned, the elevators are the worst, but they are getting fixed. There is one new one done, and the second one is apparently going to be done soon too. The fitness center is adequate, there are only 2 cross-trainers, and 4 treadmills, along with some weights. The pool looks like it is hardly used at all. I've never had any problems with the staff, and just had to call maintenance once when my patio door shattered randomly. The maintenance staff was very helpful and fixed it right away. The parking is a little ridiculous. It is well worth the extra $85 per month to get a reserved spot in the garage because there are very few spots available up front. When my family comes to visit, it is normally a huge hassle to find a spot around here. Overall, its a good place to live, especially for downtown.
