FOr the price we paid, the three of us had a good year. We enjoyed the weight room but the pools were too cold and the hot tub was always in need of a good cleaning. Durning our stay, we were given a new dish washer (after complaining numerous times) but never got the refridgerator as promised (ours was ok, but the upgrade would have been nice)
With Colonial Estates, I think you get what you paid for. We never had a problem with management, it was at times hard to find a place to park at nights, we paid affordable rent,so all in all, it was okay.
