Average apartments.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   These apartments are decent to live in. Great location if you work downtown. They aren't super-nice or fancy but good enough if you're looking for semi-short-term living. Also, if you qualify, you get a significant discout on your rent. The staff is generally friendly; however, the office staff is not always availalbe. They are out of the office quite frequently which makes picking up packages, ect. a little difficult. They are kind but not overly helpful. Parking is okay unless you have 2 cars--then you either have to purchase an underground spot (and wait for one to come available) or feed the meter for street parking. Best thing about the apartment: Huge kitchen island area!! Great for cooking and baking!
