Not a happy tenant

I too have seen harrassment against tenants at this complex.
It was a pleasant place to live until new management came in. Policies are enforced unevenly across the complex. Management is difficult to get in contact with and often rude when you do manage to corner them.
The price is decent but if you are looking for a longterm place to live avoid the hassle and pay the extra $25 a month elsewhere.
If you don't like being privy to all your neigbors business this is not the location for you. The walls are paper thin and sound carries from the top to the bottom level.

You just think your being picked on because you dont like when policies are enforced. If you have a bad attitude when you contact then of course you are going to think everyone is against you. But if you call calm and collected then maybe you would see it differently.

I lived at Diamond 8 Terrace for 6 years. The first 2 years couldn't have been better. Mainly because I had great neighbors. But then the hell started..... Going to mgmt was a nightmare. It all depended on who you were (immigrants definetely got preferential treatment) on how well policies were enforced. Noisy neighbors, kids running around in the halls, etc were treated with kid gloves. But if you complained.... your name was mud and you earned a reputation quickly. My advice.... don't even stop and look at the place. There are far better landlords out there. I will give one kudo to the place.... their mainteance guy couldn't be better.....they should give Wes a HUGE raise!!
