Would move back in a second

I lived in Dinnaken house for 2 years (senior year and one year after), and I thought as a whole the building was great. I liked that it was fully furnished because I had just moved from the U of MN res halls and had no furniture. The closets are a little different, in that they're not built ins, but you can move them around the room.
The building is full of college students which was fine with me because I was one at the time. Even though the concrete construction isn't pretty inside, it's very functional and you rarely hear your neighbors (if that's important), course we lived on the top floor and only bordered 1 apartment next door (we lived next to a stairwell). It was the kind of place where if you wanted to live and not worry that if you listen to some music a little louder for a bit, you're not going to have the neighbor come over immmediately and tell you to turn it down.
Parking at Dinnaken is a total pain unless your room-mates don't have cars or you win the lottery to get an additional space. Since the Melrose and University Commons were built there is effectively no parking in the area (neither building was there, and parking was easy to find within 3 blocks of Dinnaken).
Management seems quick to respond to problems with the building. The guys who lived in the place before me had their freezer go out, within a day or two they had a brand new fridge.
If I had the choice, and didn't have so much crap and a car, I'd move back to Dinnaken in a second. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Weird, "Since the Melrose and University Commons were built there is effectively no parking in the area (neither building was there, [when I lived there] and parking was easy to find within 3 blocks of Dinnaken)." What good is this review?? Melrose and Univeristy commons are life five years old!! So this review is from someone who lived there five years ago? Thanks for the help! A lot can change in five years!
