Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I live in melrose now, from aug 02 until aug 03. I will not live here next year and I have talked to many current residents at the melrose as to whether they are planning on renewing their lease. I would say that 80 percent or more are not renewing due to their dislike for "the melrose".
