Staff is friendly but useless

The staff of the Melrose is pretty friendly but completely useless. No one really has any answers- it seems like everyone must ask some invisible manager what to do in every little situation. Make sure that you read your lease very carefully. Sure they will stick to the lease because they are a large corporation that knows how to write a fool proof lease that essentially gives you very little rights. Make sure you understand every little detail you lease says. The best thing I can say about the Melrose is about the accountant Anna. She is genuinely friendly, but once again it seems that even her hands are tied to make ANY sort of decision or to help you without consulting the Wizard of OZ that runs the place.
