Terrible Managment

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The apartment and furniture itself is nice. However you get completely ripped off on electrical bills. One apartment can get $100 a month bill, which is more than most houses! Management is all students which means they really don't know what they're doing. Rent payments continouslly get screwed up and YOU get charged the $50 late fee.
