When you tour this place they make it seem so great and promise all these great ammenities and the staff is extremely friendly....until you sign the lease and they get your money. Then it's a different story. Then the staff could care less about you and become very rude. The tanning beds never work half the time and didn't even work at all before spring break time. The exercise machines either don't work or the ones that do work are occupied by other people. And when you go into the office to ask them a question, NONE of them are ever on the same page and will all tell you something way different. The location may be convenient for U students, if you don't mind having a low income housing project a block away from you and little high school punks hanging around the building at night breaking into any car along the street they can get into. It happened to 2 of my friends who came to visit. Basically if you want to pay $710 a month for a walk-in closet sized room in a ghetto neighborhood, then this is the place for you. But I know I will never make the mistake of living here again. Don't say I didn't warn you.
