My roommates and I were going to leave Melrose, and after one roommate showed me the reviews on this web-site, I thought for sure we were going to be out. Now that we toured the other places, we all decided to stay at here.

Basically when you go on a tour at the places that are rated high on this site you see what they're really made of: Cheap buildings that are really dirty, and staff that don't know what's going on. We went to one place that said we'd have to wait an hour for a tour, and then just showed us a room that had guys living it and was gross! I swear they never cleaned their toilet!

Melrose can do a lot of things better, but at least they aren't dirty or stink 24/7 like the other places.

Can I get some of the drugs you are on? Nice review by management...total BS. Sta away from this place. Private dorm and not even a well managed one at that
