Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
Almost all negative comments posted on Melrose are from old residents who lived in the building between 2002 - 2004. Whether those comments spurred from dissatisfying experiences or from surrounding competitors, the point is that its 2006! Only three comments posted on this site are actually from this year.
Melrose is a good place to live, with people who care working in the office. I am one of them and work my hardest to be sure everyone has a good experience.
Please understand that the current office does its best to make sure everyone has a good experience here!
