It's not bad, it's not awesome either. My main complaints are these:
-Electricity allowance is total bull. May as well just say, "You pay for electricity". Either that, or sitting in the dark is considered "average" consumption. Expect to pay $20 of electricity a month.
-Room-mate matching service is random as far as I'm concerned.
-A whole lot of services that I don't use, to wit: in-house movie theater, a gazillion cable channels, and student clubs. Apartment club meetings' Give me a break.
-cheap dishwasher, I'd call it a hot-water spritzer. Wash your dishes before putting them in or just don't bother.
The goods:
-High speed internet. It works.
-Computer lab. Nice when your @!#% computer breaks.
-Relatively quiet.
-decent furnishings (couch, microwave, stove, fridge, etc)
-If you're lucky, like I was, you pay for a 4 person apt (two per bedroom) but they only give you 2 room-mates, meaning you pay $500 to get your own bedroom and bathroom. YMMV.
