I was sucked in by the beautiful pool! That is where the beauty ended. The staff is worse than you can imgagine. My dish washer was broken for weeks and no one cared, I called every day. When I moved in the fridge was full of the last tenants food and there were fruit flies everywhere. I am still getting bills from them for paying the last electric bill 3 days late. They care alot more about collecting $$$ than they do about taking care of thier tenants.

ummm - there is no pool at the Melrose StudentSuites in Minneapolis.. thinking of a different apartment building?
