If you make a late payment only 2 days, they will charge you at least 70$. They also suggested you to write an email to the manager to waive the late fee, but they never respond back to you until one month pass you will be contacted for the late fee.
The management is pretty suck!

the late fee is $50... for being 3 days late. And this is a typical late fee policy and cost refelctive of this rental market.
