This place may look really nice, new and comfortable on the outside but this must be the worst place I've lived in so far (I've lived in a dorm & Uni Village before moving here)!

Everything in the apartment looks clean and new. I will even overlook the dirty bathroom when I first moved in but this place is way too noisy! There are noisy and rowdy kids running around every weekend night and the walls are SUPER thin so you can hear your neighbors and basically, everyone else. There is simply NO privacy at all because I can hear my neighbor speak on her cell phone even with her door closed.

The internet connection and TV are both horrible. It takes me forever to read my mails on the UMN account and takes forever to load webvista. If you like streaming shows online or playing online games, you can forget it. It will take you forever to stream anything. The TV reception is horrible and it's definitely NOT our TV. Even after complaining and after the service provider came to 'fix' the problem, nothing has changed. The maintenance response time is very slow too.

This place is definitely not worth it. You will get a much better experience living in a Uni housing apartment or one of the dorms. At least there's noise control, fast and reliable internet connection good TV reception.
