I've lived here for several years and I can not believe how bad this place is! I should have known when the day I was supposed to move in the "manager" - who had told me that I could move in on that day - told me "Oh no... you can't move in Today! Come back tomorrow... maybe we'll be done by then."

It takes a minimum of six months to get Anything fixed... unless you do it yourself. I'm expecting not to get my deposit back when I move out if only because they've been constantly 'updating' the other apartments ever since I moved in. Yeah, I got one of the 'old' ones.

Then there's the NOISE! If you Absolutely Can Not Live Anywhere Else, then Insist on living on the WEST side of the building unless you can handle screaming kids, screaming adults and horns honking all day and night... never mind the cops and fire department arrivals on a regular basis.

Can you live with that'
