I finally moved away from EBF and have a few stories to tell. In the last year ALONE - and mind you, this is only what I KNOW about - a child drowned in the pool due to parental neglect, a woman was beaten and stabbed nearly to death by her baby-daddy, and a level one sex offender who doubled as a building maintenance man, turned into a level three (three is worse than one). Needless to say, he was arrested, but not before having some fun with some kids he babysat. The manager who hired him was abruptly "let go" after that happened.

No one there has Any respect for the privacy and quiet of other tenants. The parking lots are the noisiest places of all, with people honking horns, blasting their 'music' so loud it rattles the walls in the apartments, and still others screaming at each other. If noise isn't an issue for you then maybe you won't like the BUGS in the apartments. The hallways always SMELL, usually bad smells, and people don't care about the "No smoking in common areas" rule at all.

If you live there currently, MOVE! If you're considering it, then know that there are Better Choices out there...even on Section 8!
