NO NO NO NO NO From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004 1 response   I am upset with the management and I haven't even lived there for one day! They are awful. They tricked me into signing a contract (I thought it was an application...most of it was but there was a small part that was a contract on the same paper as the application. There was NO differentiation btw the two!!!!) and I had to put down a $400 check for my future security deposit. They failed to call me back and tell me that I was approved for the apartment and a week later I was very annoyed and called them. I said I had found somewhere else and I'd like my securoity depost back. They told me the security deposit can't be given back 72 hours after I apply. THEY NEVER MENTIONED THAT TO ME!!!! THEY NEVER GAVE ME A COPY OF THE "SO CALLED" CONTRACT I SIGNED!!! THE GUY EVEN ADMITTED TO FORGETTING TO CALL ME. THEY ARE CHANGING THEIR STORY AS TO WHAT THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE TOLD ME! BEWARE..this new mgmt is just awful!!!! We are taking them to small claims court and will be reporting them to the BBB! ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS YOU CAN BEFORE YOU WRITE THEM A CHECK FOR ANYTHING. My advice...stay away.
