From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   Children run up and down the halls screaming at all hours of the day and night. Management has made the decision to stop air conditioning the common areas. The machines in the exercise room have been broken for almost a year and management won't do anything about it. When we started renting, our rent included our garage stall. Then the next year, they decided to add a $75 garage fee without raising the rent. It was a huge price increase. Maintenance will come into the apartments without notice. If you ask them to fix something, they will not give you a time table for when it will be fixed (it could be months) and you have no notice of when they are coming or if they have been there. We can't wait to get out of here.
