All of the negative comments are true. The carpet is shabby and the common areas poorly manitained. I tracked a piece of candy on the floor as being there over two months.
The walls are extremely thin. We had a neighbor move in that played music and tv well into the night. We had constant bass and it drove us crazy. After multiple (say around 20) calls to the office to no avail and calling the police three times the manager asked us if we wanted to move, because our new neighbor liked her apartment. We did move, right out of that while complex. After that we were over charged on the half month rent and still haven't received the money we are owed.
The smoke extends down all the hallways and I never saw that the exercise room was remodeled.
Be careful with saftey, I witnesses folks opening the 'security' doors by pulling hard on them.
And have fun with the sirens. The great location is three blocks from the trauma center for the county. And I wouldn't recomend walking through the park alone at night.
Live somewhere else, you owe it to yourself
