I have lived at East Village since 2002. I've seen many different faces in the office but I'd have to say the current staff goes above and beyond for its' residents. I've read some of the reviews and I'm a little disappointed. It seems everybody has something bad to say, and its ridiculous things. Who in their right mind wanders through ANY park in the dark, in downtown Minneapolis' Who moves into an apartment complex and expects to hear NO noise' Buy a house if you don't want noise! If you moved right out of the building, they must have let you out of your lease....be grateful they didn't charge you for breaking a legal document. Oh, they kept your HALF a months rent, you should be glad it wasn't more. Quit pissin' and moaning about nothing. Apparently, there are a lot of people not from the downtown area. If you want to live downtown, your going to hear sirens, your going to hear noise in apartment, your going to be ignored when you constantly complain about TRIVIAL issues. I haven't had ONE since I lived here. It's truly amazing how some people can find the BAD in every situation. Try being HAPPY for a change, apartment living ain't so bad....
