Why even bother paying for a parking spot when someone will park in your spot and management will do nothing about it'
I mean, you can pretty much park anywhere you want in any spot you want - as long as it doesn't coincide with office hours - because nobody will be able to do anything about your car being in their spot anyway.
It is extremely frustrating when you drive down to your garage and find that someone else is in the spot you have paid for (this has actually happened twice).
When you call the after hours emergency line, you are told they can do nothing to help you because this has not been designated as an emergency situation - tough luck.
This is an extremely frustrating situation because the apartment complex is situated downtown where parking is scarce and the few meters that are available require you to pay - even on Sundays.
It is a dangerous situation because if you cannot park in your designated spot after coming home late in the evening, you are stuck looking for street parking around the area. This area is not exactly safest.

You forgot another fine feature: all the folks who smoke next the entry ways during the winter. So you get to see all the butts that are not picked up along with the second hand smoke that wafts up the elevator shaft.
