Bad Management, Poorly Kept, but Cute From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I really love this apartment, it has style and great location, but the management is so incredibly terrible it's ridiculous. Packages go undelivered, the paid parking garage is closed for days at a time with no prior notice, elevators are out of service for extended periods of time, and the facilities seem to be cleaned on about a monthly basis, if that. Trash sits in the parking garage, hallways, and elevators accumulating and rotting, and for some reason the parking garage and elevators reach ridiculously hot temperatures in the summer making the stench of the rotting trash that much worse. Also, the apartment complex was built less than 10 years ago, yet there is no central air, which is really frustrating, but the in unit washers and dryers are great. For a downtown apartment, the price and apartment is reasonable, but with just MINIMAL effort, this facility could be SO MUCH BETTER.
