I found this place by accident when I was leaving a visit across the street. I walked in and they showed me an available 1 bedroom. I was psyced! Not only was it really a big place, but it had a fireplace! Someone earlier said they had seen some "thugs" about. I asked the manager about it (Kim) and she said they have a zero tollerence for disruptive residence, and something about the way she said it meant she meant business. Either way, I didnt see anyone that looked like this, and the place was VERY clean. The apartment looked good, so I took it right thre and then!
I have been living here now about 6 months and I love it. Anytime I have stopped at the office to find out some details about my rent or other questions they were always there, and Kim seems like a no nonsense kind of manager. I had a small leak on my kitchen sink about 2 weeks ago, I called the office and 15 minutes later I had their mantenance guy "Dan" there working on it. While he fixed it within like 5 minutes he said he wanted to replace the fixture just to "ensure it won't cause me any more trouble". The whole thing took less then 30 minutes and I was VERY impressed.
I really like this place and would recommend it to anyone that wants a stable place that feels more like a home than an apartment.
