I moved in to Equinox in July, 2009. I have found Kristin and Amy to be very friendly and professional. There were a few issues to be fixed when I moved in - they were fixed within one day.

I find Equinox to be relatively quiet and well kept inside and out. The indoor pool is crystal clear and not overly clorinated. The laundry rooms are spacious and the machines work well. The garage (included in the rent cost)is a plus that I could not find at other apartment complexes.

Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex as a quality place to live.

You're crazy! That place is a rip off and tried to rip off my boyfriend and I when moving out! They sent us our deposit in the mail a couple weeks after we moved out and then we got a letter in the mail a week after that stating they wanted us to send back over $200 because they found damage to the place! I got some of my attorneys involved from the Minneapolis law firm I work at, wrote an email to corporate and they backed off after that stating the fee did not have to be paid! Watch out when you leave that place! I would not recommend this apartment to ANYONE in the world! You couldn't pay me to live there.
