I live at Equinox and yes, I agree, the garage thing is annoying. At least it is an improvement though. The old garages were falling down and needed to be replaced. It's nice that there is an effort to improve the property. I think people are just being unreasonable.

I'm happy that your experience has been positive, but in my experience they need a lot to inprove on an apartment complex that has great location and accesibility to the city. If you have kids and you are middle class single parent all the problems that people mention here can make life not easy at all.
