Horrible value for your money

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
1. pest problem (my cat has caught 3 mice in 6 months, spiders & other insects a definite problem in warm months)
2. unprofessional, sarcastic, property manager - does not listen to your problem, lacks empathy, short, rude, etc.
3. has unofficially breached conditions of my lease - apartment "included" a garage stall, but while garages are rebuilt for last 3 months of my lease, I will have no parking (covered/secure or uncovered/unsecured) within a 5 minute walk, no guest parking, and no reduction in rent.
4. maintenance team, after several requests, has failed to install properly fitting window/deck door screens that could potentially reduce my insect problem.
