Equinox has extremely competent and reliable maintenance and management on call 24/7. If I've ever had a maintenance problem it was always fixed by the next day.

The rental office is open 830am - 10pm Sun-Thurs and Fri/Sat is open until midnight. I have lived elsewhere that the office was only open until 5pm...and the office staff here is very nice, helpful, and genuinely concerned with tenants welfare...esp. because many of them live here themselves.

Every complex has its problems, but what sets Equinox apart is that they continue to follow through on taking care of those problems promptly and with great care. They have been renovating the property and the 'fixes' are absolutely lovely and worth the hassles of short-term construction efforts. To the bad reviews on this site, I image you people to be the kind who thinks everything ought to be like McDonalds...a quick fix. Well, get over it...this staff cares and although it may take more than 5 minutes to fix a major/minor problem...they always fix it in a reasonable amount of time. This is such a -------- review. I'd be willing to wager everything I own that the apartment manager, Amy, wrote this review. There is absolutely no way that a sane human being would write a positive review for this apartment complex. Just read this review - it contradicts absolutely everything that everyone else has written about this apartment complex. I promise you that this place is one of the least pleasant places you could live.

I agree with tomatin. This review is a "fake" from the management company based on the PR around the office hours. Just as I left the mamangement team I worked with were replaced with some shady characters.

This response cannot be written by a resident. I agree with the previous two responses: what was stated in the review is some of the same verbage that appears on the literature of the welcome poster in the main office. This contradicts the experiences of most residents I have spoken with. The management (Amy Utley) is not kind, not accommodating, is arrogant, and unapproachable. Worse, she is not truthful, and her response in person cannot be trusted. What she might tell you on first encounter will very likely be contradicted in written or verbal response only days later.

It is a total lie that they have 24/7 on call management. It has taken me weeks sometimes to get my things fixed, not the next day. Amy Utley and her staff are rude and they do not handle tenants' problem with care at all. I am damn sure that the review was written by that ---------. Amy.

Wow you people are angry and a little ridiculous. First off you cannot use the property managers name on this site, can't you read directions. My guess is you can't and that's probably why you are upset with Equinox because you broke the rules. I agree that sometime the property isn't willing to bend on the rules but if you think about it where do they stop. The manager here sticks to the rules regardless of your problem to be fair. And I am sure like any apartment building some things slip through the cracks and it is not perfect but it is a nice community and a good place to live. I bet you are miserable no matter where you live.
