The on-site manager, Amy, is truthfully the worst human being I've ever encountered. There's a common theme, here, among the reviews for the Equinox apartments: the management is awful.

It really is awful. Amy is condescending, sarcastic, honestly mean and just plain bitchy. Our lease was signed such that we'd have a garage. Since May, we've been without a garage as they are rebuilding the garages. It's nearly October now. No reduction in rent.

The apartments themselves are not kept very clean, either. The caretakers must be very lazy or non-existent because for the past week there has been garbage piling up outside the back door on the stairs, and the entryway looks like a warzone.

If you have neighbors who like to use their balcony for ANYTHING WHATSOEVER, plan on hearing everything that they do on their balcony.

The price is high and the window A/C units are inefficient and noisy. I cannot recommend enough for you not to rent from here.
