So far, I have been very impressed with the Equinox. They have been very responsive to my requests, and I find it to be a good value for the money. Included in my rent are a garage, heat and a pretty good sized storage space. It's also close to bus stops, has an outdoor and indoor pool, a little playground, a public room, and a workout room. Very cool indeed!
