Based on the polar opposite reviews, I'm guessing that the management is doing some of the "I love it here" reviews to try and generate a bit of positive PR for themselves. Truthfully, the managment is unacceptable.

You're just a number at Equinox. If you're looking for a place where you get more than that, this is not for you.
