small apartments that are over priced.
you get stuck with a noisy 80s window conditioner that hogs electricity.
a wind tunnel on your balcony that makes an annoying whirl sound everytime the wind blows.
they have cheap blinds that constantly break and you end up paying for them.
the windows are inefficient and are drafty.
they have alot of spiders and lady bugs despite having pest control.
the indoor pool is not well maintained and cold.
even though they have a noise ordinance you can still hear peoples music and tvs
theres only 2 overhead lights in the home so you have to bring your own lamps.
the heat went out several times during the winter.
they have a package size quota so if your package is too big they wont accept it and you'll have to go the post office or ups to pick it up.
the only thing that is nice is if you get the updated kitchen because then the appliances actually work and the kitchen looks nice.
