I have been in Equinox for almost a year now and will probably renew my lease. My only issues were when garages were being built last summer. If it rained one day, nothing would get done for a week, this and other set-backs made the process extremely drawn out -- without good reason. I know the construction industry quite well (both residential and commercial)and I blame the property owners/management for not pushing for results.

HOWEVER, I believe Equinox is a great value in a great location. Rent could be a little cheaper ($50) but a comparable sized unit a block away will cost you $400 more a month! The unit is fully remodeled and I have no complaints whatsoever. Are there better deals out there' Sure, but not in this area! Community features: indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna' (not sure if they're still there) tanning beds, fitness room (could use updating, garage INCLUDED in rent. Probably stay here until I purchase a home or move to the southern metro.

I'm sure those who have submitted negative feedback have done so for good reason - I however, along with other aquaintences @ Equinox have not experienced any of the mentioned mice, etc -- they have been doing alot of updating.

Have had many compliments from visitors about the size and condition of unit.
