We are sure you will be regretful by choosing to live there unless you only care location. We can tell you plenty of stories how bad it is endlessly.
1) Each summer, the manager asks people to paint outside so it looks like nice for a couple of months without any significant improvement inside the buildings. They sometimes added something fancy, such as outside the entry, to make it looks like professional.
2) When people check out, they rarely clean it again except painting everything including cupboard and sink(bathroom). We observed cases like one checked out in the morning and another one moved in the afternoon with assumption that it was cleaned thoroughly.
3) You will find ants in the winter (YES! winter). Also bunch previous tenants reported that they got itchy after being there. Manager claimed that they did pest control, but actually they just put pieces of tab somewhere without a thorought cleaning using professional products. We doubt there are many dust mites in the apt.
4) Manager cheated people by telling incorrect size of apt..
5) It was very noisy in some apts which held parties in the weekend. It's useless to report to the policeman since they can't enter into the building.
6) Facilities there are very old and poor. Just a piece of strip for you to process foods in the so called kitchen, poor facility in the bathroom... Insulation was bad. If you have different living style with people above your apt., you can understand what we mean.
7) Laundry is dirty... ...
