With the exeception of a few people, most other residents were very snobby. Would barely get a hello out of someone in the elevator, everytime someone had children running down the hallway, they would bang every door, as the parents did nothing but laugh. Parking seemed to go to the highest bidder, and not to someone with a true disability, as I was put as far from apt. as could be. And when any issues were ever brought up to the staff, they just said "We'll deal with it/them in due time" and if ever checked back up on the subject, "It's not a priority"... Since when is a leaking pipe in your ceiling not a priority' It makes me sick to think that humans could be treated less than dogs.

As the manager, I want to promise everyone that we have never told a resident "We'll deal with your issues in due time". Also, the pricing for our parking is a set amount and does not involve bidding of any sort. Customer service is our number one priority, and while we are not perfect, we are always striving to do our best in keeping our residents happy.
