Great Location, improving community each year

I too lived at Excelsior & Grand, but with different management and had no problems. I loved the area so much and found it to be very convenient, that I bought a Condo there. In the Condo, there is a better sense of community as most residents are owners. But there are units leased there, and the condos are nicer and quieter than the apartments. If you are interested in the area, look at renting a condo from an owner rather than the apartments.
