I just came across this website and while I never do chat rooms or postings I wanted to put my two sense in.

I have lived here for almost one year and have overall had a really good experience. I moved in with a roommate and we were very picky when choosing our apartment. We came back about 4 times to look at apartments but our leasing consultant (Natalie) was always helpful and never seemed frustrated with us.

We absolutely love the location and we can't wait until it is warm enough to again have dinner outside at one of the restaurants - it is so fun! We have met a lot people, especially at the happy hours they have every month.

My roommate is currently looking to buy a house and if she does I am going to try to find a new roommate because I don't want to leave!

It seems like not everyone has had as good experience as ours, but we are two satisfied tenants.
