Where do I start' This by far has been the worst living experience I have ever had. All the leasing agents have a different answer for the same question so there is no consistency in anything they tell you. Not only are they rude & not keep to their end of the bargain, get everything in writing! Manager is never around. The elevators are always dirty as are the hallways. A neighbor of mine got robbed & word is someone else got robbed. I am aware that crime can happen anywhere, but couple that with the fact that the staff is incompetent then you are bound to have a horrible living experience. I have since moved out to another suburb at a place that costs a lot less & has a more professional staff with a housekeeping staff that takes pride in the work that they do.
