Excelsior and Grand is a great place to live. It is right in the heart of everything and has anything and everything you would need right on site!

Although the location is excellent, I strongly disagree. This place was an absolute joke. Not only do you play through the nose to live here, they find ways to keep your deposit and even get more out of you. After two years of leaving here, Excelsior and Grand wanted me to pay an additional $1700 on top of my deposit of $400 to replace the carpet--which was absolutely ridiculous given the carpet was not in bad shape and nothing worse than wear and tear. This place is awful and I am warning you!!!!
