I enjoyed the location and amenities. The office staff was great Unfortunately the
walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors fighting a lot. One night the women was screaming and being slapped around. I called the on site police but it took them quite awhile to show up. By then it had stopped and they didn't know which apartment it came from so they couldn't do anything. I also ordered groceries to be delivered and they were all stolen. There are security cameras but none by the elevators. The outside noise on Excelsior is also quite loud inside the apartment. There are sirens blaring continually and even with the windows closed it comes through. For the price I expected better workmanship and security.
