I agree with some of the other reviews that the location is great but on moveout they are extortionist - no matter how clean you make the apartment, they will assess the fees no matter what you do. And they would not listen to reason - they just wanted their money. They informed us that the carpet was going to be replaced but assessed a $200 charge for stains in carpet that they were throwing away. The last thing we did as we moved out was to vacuum the entire place yet they charged us a $15 dollar fee for vacuuming the apartment. The bathrooms were cleaned completely but by the time they got thru charging, it cost $50 dollars for each bathroom. They are nice while you are there but once you leave, they are not so nice.
